The conference is dedicated to establishing a high-level, open dialogue platform for global technology, finance, and industry, showcasing the global trends in technological innovation in the AI era, and exploring how finance and technology can jointly drive innovative growth. It also aims to help Shanghai become a globally influential international financial center and a hub for technological innovation.

At the conference, Keywolf , Partner & CPO of SlowMist, participated in the roundtable discussion titled “New Compliance and Security Paradigms in the Web3 Era,” where he had in-depth discussions with industry peers on the new trends of compliance and security within the Web3 ecosystem. During the discussion, the guests exchanged views on various topics, including industry collaboration, on-chain data governance, anti-money laundering/anti-fraud efficiency, the compliance path for RWA issuance, and the balance between compliance, security, and information disclosure.

Keywolf shared his insights on the application of on-chain data from an offensive and defensive perspective, focusing on the idea of using AI to label and classify on-chain addresses and transactions. He emphasized that Web3 security is not only a technical issue but also requires integration with compliance requirements. By utilizing on-chain actionable indicators, it is possible to enhance anti-money laundering and anti-fraud efficiency.

Other guests also shared their thoughts on the compliance paths for RWA product issuance, industry collaboration mechanisms, and the foundational elements of the ecosystem. The discussion touched on how to balance compliance, security, and information disclosure amidst the growing trend of strengthened KYC/AML, as well as how industry collaboration can foster the healthy development of Web3.

Blockchain security and compliance are the cornerstones of the sound development of the digital economy. Moving forward, SlowMist will continue to adhere to its working philosophy of “slow but effective, fog clears and ice melts,” focusing on Web3 security and compliance. The company will further promote the deep integration of security capabilities and compliance systems to build a more transparent, stable, and trustworthy development environment for the global blockchain ecosystem.
